The frame work implementing this assured aprx 1/5th of Texas would loose power in below freezing weather, in homes constructed mostly for tropical climates. This hoax has created a deadly costly day that should have been a fun cheap stay vacation. Bonding memorable much needed fun time became a deadly costly nightmare!!!!
