Please keep in mind that Friday the SCOTUS only makes the decision of whether or not the case has merit. If they deem it to have merit worthy of a hearing, that hearing will probably be scheduled of October or November. I just don't want folks to be disappointed thinking there would be some kind of change occurring on the 19th.
ok my question was answered. lets hope they dont lump all three petitions together and say no merit due to whatever excuse they or should i say roberts comes up with...wonder if thomas and alito will push back..they wanted to hear the cases before.
