Goverment DID sprayed SAND on the roads in TX.
It's just the people wrecklessly drive when know the road condition.
Lots of ppl underestimate those clear patches of thin ice.
Im from Texas and snow plows arent needed here. This is not our norm, ice sure but snow never in my years of living have I seen this. I dont fault our Texas leadership one bit.
