is anyone else getting their bills delivered late or not at all, yet junk mail comes on time?? Am I the only one??

I work in accounting and pay the bills for the company and I mail payments as usual but some post marks are a month old. As far as personnal I get all mine delivered via email and paid through the bank so I don't get stuck with late fees and lost checks. Something is going on with the Post Office though.
