One is a blurry image so no one can make out the photo.

not from this pic - but I did notice Dr Fraudci this morning on the news his neck area looked like it was coming loose
the head shape is not even the same as the one that's not blurred
I'd have to say the blurred out one is the CGI.. 😉
Yes, the one on the right, the skin is too taut and smooth and the real one on the left, has a rough patchy skin texture, with glazy eyes ! 👀🦖🤡
is the one on the right in focus for you? it's completely blurred on my screen....
