How are you able to get/stay on Twitter? I made 3 attempts and gave up.

clear all cookies on computer for twitter.
turn off modem/router for about 5mins so you get a new ip.
make new email. i used mail.com
make new account
ask friend or someone that doesn't use twitter for their number for verification code.
done! I recommend not using the app on your cell phone if it was banned. the app can probably detect your cell phone unique hardware id. but you can still use the phone browser freely if wanting to use a phone. delete phone cookies as well before doing so
