“My brother said JAGS arrived in DC yesterday and that's weird. Would government officials get the use of JAGS in a military tribunal. My brother is in the military. He was on a military flight to DC with the 17 JAGS.
“I asked my friend who is a retired sgt major about this:
“That is earth shattering. Yes someone being tried at a military tribunal gets representation under the law...a judge advocate general (JAG corps) lawyer. They can also retain/furnish there own lawyer. That does not happen in large numbers like that from one installation.”
