There was such a push on this chemical, that I began to wonder if there was something about glysophate they did not want us to know - like calling dandelions 'weeds' and expounding on the virtues of fluoride... inverts.

So by that logic, if glysophate has beneficial qualities, they would want to demonize it...

After all, if you want a veg garden of any size, you either have to have labor to pick weeds, or find another way to clear your spot.

It always seemed odd that this was the one chemical they got behind banning.

Perhaps I am reading too much into it... but over the last 2 - 3 years that has been a recurring thought.

I couldn't read the article but this is devastating. For several years, I was a member of MAM - March Against Monsanto, the creator of glyphosate. I learned a lot about the lawsuits (mostly swept under the rug), deaths, diseases, and how it's destroying our food and farms. The soil has been depleted, robbed of nutrients. The farmers were forced into buying GMO seeds that will not reproduce. And if they didn't, their farms were contaminated by the seeds spreading in the wind. And then farmers were sued for illegally using their patented product that they didn't want. I can't see one good thing about this. 😡

I agree, this is devastating. I'm so sorry for what you and your family experienced.
