I'm hoping I'm nearly done with (most) of those Not Good Feelies, after many yrs (started 2012) of slogging my way through them, now I seem to be where I've not been feeling anything like that for weeks at least. Other then then something I can best describe as an odd 'time slippage/realignment feeling'.
I've even got loads of energy now, kinda buzzing..😁! Lots of smiling & laughing... but still with plenty of 'being moved to tears' also.
