A day after celebrating the high-speed rail that is decades behind schedule and a hundred billion taxpayer dollars over budget with Gavin Newsom, the CEO of the California High-Speed Rail Authority was arrested for domestic violence.

This may have flown under the radar because this was the same day a large section of the high-speed rail caught fire.
