After NESARA is announced the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) will activate to make announcements over cell phones across the Globe.
The first EBS announcement will say that sometime in the next 5 hours or so, everyone needs to be home and a global lockdown will begin for 10 to 12 days.
Too bad if you are on the road 2 days from home then...

It seems so. If we were to react to every pronouncement of this event, the world really would grind to a halt.
There will not be any forewarning, Q said that - after all you do not tell the enemy your plans - and one assumes the plan will take into consideration people traveling, like long distance truckers, and train drivers.
Its still a bit annoying to see it continually pushed though, gives that momentary in drawn breath, before reality sets in.
