Over here washing clothes still. Think washing clothes suck? Try a year with no washer and hand washing.
I have hand washed clothes in the recent past. When I lived in my camper, then hung them up to dry. Yes a washer and dryer are nice to have, but people before w/d, hand washed.
Not one time the whole time did this guy's mom offer to wash any of his big old clothes.
OH I did for a year. Hand wash. BUT some things hand washing is not possible. Like giant blankets etc. SO glad. Also like rugs I can wash etc. Very thankful. Have plenty of family that would have let me wash big items but didn't want to be an imposition.
