WTF. Tracy Davis, a Jefferson County Judge in Kentucky, has cut the jail sentence of Christopher Thompson IN HALF from 65 years to 30 years, after he was convicted of kidnapping, robbing, and R*PING woman.

Her reasoning? Because Thompson is black and is a victim of society.
