Deliberate destruction would be my guess. They wanted humanity to have nothing of any substance. The amazing part of this is how, due to how delicate the statues are, did they survive!?

Indeed, of which anyone who cares enough to Look & See 👀 and Feel (if one is empathic + intuitive) outside & away from the official story's being drip feed repeatedly from a very early age, will find no other logical or reason to think otherwise, as I see it.
