Think of a crossroad, you can choose to go left, right, forwards, backwards. If we choose to go backwards it's not the wrong choice, but we will be presented with a similar crossroad again until we choose the path that is most aligned with our growth.
Eventually we come to a place where we realise, it is more beneficial to ourselves to make choices that align more with what brings peace to our mind.
The collective must realise that there is always another choice. Choices can be scary to some because the altered ego mind interferes and instills worry into the vessel. It doesn't like change but change is inevitable.

We shouldn't be afraid of change but embrace it, because it is how we grow. Growth is the whole point of this existence and the moment we accept that and surrender to it rather than fighting against it, life becomes so much more joyful.
