I lost the 100 lbs I gained from doctoral thesis stress/health issues by doing keto and low carb. We call that our 'live it' and when we don't eat low carb is our 'die-it'.

Kat, QTSR and your beautiful previous posts gave us the real reason for the high Autism Rates especially in America - that the Cabal was poisoning our Kids PURPOSEFULLY to try and create a vast army of Autistic Children that the Darkness/Evil could harness, using the Psyonic Powers of those Autistic Children for very dark purposes, but...
that it BACKFIRED on the Cabal, and the severely Autistic Children (those trapped in their own bodies like my best friend's daughter) instead developed their Psyonic Powers to a point where they could connect with each other over Space-Time and merge with Divine Light Energy of God/Source and then used that unified POWER in 6th Dimensional Warfare to even de-activate Cabal NUKES and help save Humanity! WOW!
Our world is NOTHING what we were told it was, and God even overcame that Satanic Plot by ACTIVATING his Children who were made Autistic by Tylenol and Bio-Weapon Injections TO FIGHT TOGETHER ON THE SIDE OF HUMANITY.
