So it turns out Donald Trump didn’t order an end to the temporary protected status of the 350,000 Haitians

The executive order was made by Biden and was just expiring, but a Federal Judge decided it’s not allowed to expire

“This is starting to border on insanity. So Biden administration put in a temporary protection order for 350,000 Haitians. It was done through executive order, so there was no vote, there was no law, there was no legislation.

It was just the Biden administration saying, I wanna give these people temporary protected status, which he's allowed to do.

Now, when Trump came in office, he could have created an executive order and got rid of it, but he said, I'm not even gonna do that. I'm just gonna let it expire. Like, this is not the Trump administration doing anything. They are just letting the policy from Biden
