We ate green beans that said 2021 on Saturday - still here to tell the tale...
We are still using my canned tomato sauce from 2020, as we did not have very good harvests the last couple of years...
As long as that seal is good, the food is stable. I think I have only thrown out 2 jars, where the seal was compromised by a bit of food, or the rubber seal was not flat.
