DOD LAW OF WAR MANUAL defines "unprivileged belligerents"
WHICH IS A REALLY, REALLY BAD CLASSIFICATION TO BE IN DURING WARTIME.

(Basically means the same thing as "Unlawful Combatant". Loses rights & protections afforded by "combatant" and "civilian" status. Becoming similar to "spies".)
