Stochastic Terrorism is where public figures or media outlets demonize a person or group through inflammatory rhetoric… just like they do with Trump… (He’s Hitler. A threat to democracy.)
KNOWING it might inspire unpredictable lone individuals to act violently against the target (Kristi) because they think they are acting heroically... while the inspirer gets total plausible deniability from inspiring the action.
