yes!!!!!!!...he was using an app to help coordinate all this trouble along with others...1st altercation h e was following ice,,yelling, spitting, kicking their cars, etc...and then you dont come to these things with a gun unless you want to cause more trouble....and he had a gun the 1st time...they let him go. .....
