If I stand on a car travelling at 10mph then jump straight up I will land back on practically the same spot as I was already travelling at 10mph horizontally, along with the car. The only slight difference will be attributed to the resistance of my body travelling through the air molecules. So if there is no atmosphere on the moon I would land on the exact same spot that I jumped from. It is basic physics.
