Yup, but, and it's a big but, he also says the vaccine works!! Or did I miss something. Because as far as I'm aware, it doesn't stop you getting it, nor transmitting it. Not that I think viruses are actually anything other than normal cellular biproducts but that's another story. To wake the masses up, telling them the vaccine works is a big no no.
