I've read and watched videos showing the snow burns, turns black when lit with a lighter, and smells like plastic. See comment
Lighters produce soot and have a chemical smell when the butane combusts. When snow melts it soaks up the water rather than drips.
I'm not saying that the weather is a normal pattern or that there aren't chemicals from geo engineering in it. I'm just saying that many of the videos about this are describing completely normal phenomena. Keep fears and expectations in perspective.
