Anna Operation Warp Speed was many things, but one critical aspect was to cut short the time for the "VAX" rollout and lockdowns so that the Cabal/Deep State/Big Pharma would not lock us all down for 5 years and make their bio-weapon shots mandatory. Wartime President Trump instead declared a National Emergency, Activated the Military into High Gear, and gave People a CHOICE so that society would not implode, and he also rolled out the antidote.
