Since when do you need a judges approval to arrest somebody for breaking the law then say that person did it exercising his right while preventing others from exercising theirs. How bout we just walk into this judges courtroom and exercise our right to free speech while he is conducting court. Im sure no one will think to bring that up. They are arresting others, why is Lemon protected? He was the ring leader.
