This infuriates me! I have a small daycare in my home. Many of these family home providers in my area. We go through rigorous training and are inspections yearly! Surprise state pop-ups. Spend our own money to pass state codes. Barely make any money. That money goes to feed the children, get necessary supplies. This fraud has been very damaging to us small care givers. We only get paid once a month. The fraud needs to be stopped immediately but without hurting real providers in the process.
