I have thyroid issues . The supplement I used they had never heard of.
I told them it protects my thyroid.
A spry young 73 year older with lab results of a 40 year old again 😂😂 Still laughing
My lab report really made her puzzled ,circled the levels and wanted to talk.

Congratulatios to you. I avoid them like the plague having had 2 ecperiences 45 years ago that made it clear, stay away as far as you can. No meds for me either, zI turned 70 last year.
