INSURRECTION: DHS is seizing phones from released agitators in Minnesota to mine data on co-conspirators, holding devices for up-to 8 months. Those formally charged get their phones back.

Anyonea data can be mined. I'm not sure why any agitators phone or social media posts aren't being captured. Specifically these rapid response teams,who even in my small town,are organizing and harassing ICE.
With all the satellites and technology that the US has and capabilities these people should be tracked and arrested.
