Vitamin D3 4000 units, 15mg Zinc and Vitamin C 1000mg a day. You can add B vitamin complex as well to strengthen the immune system.
Had that Chyna virus, got pneumonia on both lungs, was out for 2 weeks, still don`t have 100% energy I had before. Got it sometime after fake inauguration.

I had it a year ago. Never coughed so much in my life! 😷 Put up with it for 3 days, then drug myself into the kitchen to start fighting it. 😤 Took massive doses of Vit C, and food grade diatomaceous earth (which I take for everything) and was back at work a week later.

Another thing I noticed was that when I stood up, I had to hold on to the furniture to keep from falling over, because I was light-headed. Then a couple of months later when the Rona became well-known, they said one of the symptoms was the blood not being able to carry oxygen to your head and orhans. Hence the light headedness.
Now we know how to beat it!

Yes, that's correct. That's why they give now Aspirine Protect 100mg (I think they need to give 500mg at least while you're sick). I got injections against blood coagulation. Now I'm taking it daily 100 mg pill.
