My understanding - George Bush Jr made the hospitals take all that walked in whether they had insurance or not - turn none away- Also the hospital will keep you for 4 hours at the minimum to collect from the insurance- I think it was George Bush Jr that handed out credit cards to all during Hurricane Katrina. I remember under George Bush Jr drug stores were popping up on every corner (what did he promise the insurance company's) Bill Clinton made banks to hand out loans for anyone buying a house whether they could afford it or not to make the economy look good. My understanding is all Presidents & VP took from us to give to whatever. All in the name of Communism.
