My husband and I purchased a home in 1985 from FHA. They told us that we would only have to refund any subsidy IF we ever sold our home for a profit. AFTER we payed the full loan, they decided to tag on additional interest on this loan. We never sold our home. I still have it. They have never sent us the deed. They still have it. This is scandalous!!!!!
