I saw a post on Telegram earlier that said we CANNOT get Vitamin K from plant sources. Best is Eggs, Milk, Cheese, and Meat.

Well๐, if that was the case both I and my dog must be severely defiant in Vit' K (2), which apparently we are Not, since Dog has been vegan nearly all her life, and she'll be 14yrs this coming spring and is still active & very happy to trot along side me each day for at least 40 or so mins. And I've not eating animals since 1974, been vegan well over 20yrs. just saying๐คทโโ๏ธ (btw 90% of my food shopping is Organic)
