Reports are flooding in from Denver.
​The Event: Multiple unconfirmed reports of U.S. Marshals (USMS) vehicles staging near the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse in downtown Denver—just blocks from the state buildings.
​The Interpretation: The Marshals are the enforcement arm of the Federal Courts. If the DOJ gets the injunction to enforce the Pardon today, the Marshals are the ones who will physically drive to the prison to extract Tina Peters.
​The Standoff: Colorado State Patrol (guarding the prison) vs. US Marshals. This is the "Constitutional Crisis" everyone warned about.
