Man, I hate this war and I must be extra tired today. I saw this headline and immediately felt like I should stand up to defend the 13 year olds rather than to appreciate that we are making some progress with this.

Let me back up my brain a daggone sec and just say, “yay”… Oh, and we want the names of anyone voting against it.

Actually, I think I am still kinda angry about all of it because 14 year olds, 15 year olds, and anyone not legally able to stand on their own two feet still need defending… but now I am encroaching on the rest of the topics not being addressed here.
