It’s been revealed California paid an NGO $16 million per year for 5 years for free alcohol for homeless alcoholics, totaling $80 million.
The kicker: only 55 people were served.
Not only were taxpayers paying for free alcohol, the homeless alcoholics never got it.

It’s pretty clear that NGO’s are laundering mechanisms to steal from tax payers. Time to shut down the funding to all NGO’s and shut them down.
