Mark Carney is flying all over the world attending meetings for photos ops and trying to look relevant. (PDJT said yesterday the USMCA agreement is irrelevant)

Carney's trip to China? He's met with China's premier, the second in command (for more ceremonial photo ops), and business leaders. He's signed MOU's, and a non-binding energy agreement. They also agreed to increase exports of Canadian pet food to China, improve tourism and re-signed PREVIOUS agreements, including an agreement to combat crime. 😕

NOTHING about reducing tariffs and the Canadian contingent won't say what their plans are to reach an agreement.
In other words, Carney is doing exactly what a US State Governor would be doing.
