I watched a few videos prior to this one today. In this one you hear HER slamming the horn, blocking the street, for long minutes before the officers finally went to tell her to stop. It did seem like she was looking for trouble. The officers were only a couple of hundred feet away.
Btw, unless an officer did shoot the dog, in one of the videos with the bullet hole in the windshield I did see the dog moving on the back seat, standing. He/She seemed fine.
