It's crazy-for me. I come from 'stuff your feelings' & I get emotional, I struggle with anxiety. It makes me feel like a younger generation, to feel & acknowledge. I've never especially enjoyed being human lol.
But, it's ok. I chose, today, where my energy, my time, my attention goes. If it doesn't serve peace of mind it faces the chopping block.
