To my knowledge he was never telling anyone to cash in but to hold and NOT fall for bankers price manipulation tricks, but there may be imitators out there - it all seems AI anyhow, but I have a feeling those videos are military.
Silver's real price is unknown, IMO, because all the banks shorted it to oblivion, and there's not enough of it for Humanity's consumption needs, and I know that, being a mining family 2 generations, so Silver has a really bright and shiny future, that's for sure.
