Actually, the non-compliant banks are failing IMO and soon won't exist.

There will soon only be the QFS (Quantum Financial System) that we will all step over onto and we are all wealthy as Humans, so we need not worry. We just have to do our best to make do, stay healthy, keep food on the table until that transition completes.
