I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again

Not all help is help

Sometimes just being in someone’s energy,
watching, giving, or even feeling guilt when you walk past a homeless person
can mean you're interfering with karma that ain't yours to carry

You might think you’re doing good,
but if it ain’t coming from deep soul clarity
you’re just plugging into a loop you were never meant to enter
And that loop?
It bites back

Because karma is surgical, not sentimental

And if you cut into someone else’s soul lesson without permission
you inherit the bill

That’s called accidental soul debt.
It’s real. It sticks. And most people don’t even know they’re collecting it
