When my Dad was at VA Hospital in the end of his life, I would pack up cut carrots sticks celery, cucumbers. Whatever I had so I didn't have to look for lunch.
Funny how the Dr would share them or even friends if at the shore a day...yet few will cut them up for themselves.

That video (I no longer have the link) also showed virtually major brands of salad dressings, especially the creamy ones, all were FILLED, CRAWLING with microscopic parasites. So WE THINK we're eating healthy eating a salad, when we're actually being infected with tens of thousands of parasites in the process of consuming one salad bowl. I now make ALL my salad dressings from scratch.
NO WONDER WHY THEY OPPOSED OUR ACCESS TO IVERMECTIN, FENBENDAZOLE & HCQ.
And cancer is parasites - that's my opinion as a "cancer" surviver 25+ years ago. I should have just taken Ivermectin and been done with it. Instead let them cut me to pieces.

Research into MMS, Chlorine Dioxide and ozone generators for ozone water, too.
I use MMS regularly and I drink ozonated water every morning BEFORE breakfast, using it also as mouthwash. It's just water with Xtra oxygen but real powerful. Good ozone generators are in the $400 range last I looked. Not giving dental advice just sayin' what I do.
I also read a German Study (lost the link) that drinking Ozone water cleans arteries and heals them, even clears up clogged arteries, but I can't find that study anymore, that laptop got fried.
Tooth problems are NO FUN.
We had to look hard, but I did find a natural dentist for our family. They use all the modern equipment & such, but offer no-fluoride and no-amalgam solutions. We had to call around A LOT but did finally find one.
