A lot of Oregonians are scratching their heads tonight after the Governor announced she wants to resend that tax hike her Democrats passed, and she pushed for, and Oregon voters turned out in huge numbers to reject. What does this all mean? We'll talk with an Oregon legislator to get his opinion.
