Doc took my blood pressure yesterday. I haven't heard this in many many years, but my blood pressure was
114 over 69, yesterday
Previous to that was 135 over 81, 1 month ago
and Previous to the Alpha Lipoic Acid was 170 over 91 (best I can recall) (near stroke levels) 2 months ago
My Doc is now recommending this to all her patients she proudly proclaimed!!!

Mother was anemic. Hard to breathe, hard to swallow, extremely hard to get through the day. We got her on an iron pill but she would constipate or diarrhea depending on her intake.
