Doc took my blood pressure yesterday. I haven't heard this in many many years, but my blood pressure was
114 over 69, yesterday
Previous to that was 135 over 81, 1 month ago
and Previous to the Alpha Lipoic Acid was 170 over 91 (best I can recall) (near stroke levels) 2 months ago
My Doc is now recommending this to all her patients she proudly proclaimed!!!

How do you lower the amount of acid
Alkaline your body.
I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar Toddy, over salads, in spinach, steamed veggies, or just a tiny swig then rinse with water to protect the enamel of my teeth.
