Update on the Alpha Lipoic Acid
Doc took my blood pressure yesterday. I haven't heard this in many many years, but my blood pressure was
114 over 69, yesterday
Previous to that was 135 over 81, 1 month ago
and Previous to the Alpha Lipoic Acid was 170 over 91 (best I can recall) (near stroke levels) 2 months ago
My Doc is now recommending this to all her patients she proudly proclaimed!!!
Well fancy that, she listened!!! 😉
I don't have diabetes but take alpha... as directed on bottle for othe overall health. Feel great. Read about it here regarding arthritis and inflammation. Very helpful!
