Did you watch the episode where he tells that Switzerland has frozen their silver exports? They refine 70% of the world's silver but have no natural resources themselves. Understanding the limited silver supply they have frozen their supply to cover national needs. All outside orders are on hold. This is HUGE since silver is used in so many industries.
