These people are sickos. I have a Colombian native in my subdivision. He thinks he runs things. He wanted me to join his lawn club after my husband passed away. I refused and told him to get lost. He was spreading rumors about me and said he would give me the Columbian necktie. I looked up what that meant. The method involves making a deep incision in the victim's throat, below the jaw, and pulling their tongue out through the opening so that it dangles on the neck, resembling a necktie. Death typically occurs from asphyxiation or blood loss. Lovely people 😮
