yes, we have had many in our married life but this one? is so different and special. he knows us like we know him. empathetic. a dog? yes he is. hubby has flu and watches over his every move. hates it when he sneezes and stares at him like-- come on. stop it! and very protective of us.. 16 pounds of shihtzue thinking he is a german shepard.
